What We Offer
We provide a unique approach to streamlining efficiency and value in regards to office technology in many ways. Our industry and customer service experience has shown that many companies have the need to get the best value from a company, but usually have to work with many different companies to find what they are looking for. Our goal is to give the same value a company is looking for with just one company.
One of the greatest aspects to what we offer is simply our service. A great example is companies upgrade certain aspects of their technology to improve their business. In many cases however this causes another problem…the company must upgrade other technology or find a way to integrate their new technology with the existing technology. Case and point is integrating new software with existing printers, but if that does not work, what options does this company have. Our goal in situations like these is to provide expert advice to the planning of integration with new and existing technology and/or provide options that are going to be the most cost effective as well as make sure the company operates as efficiently as possible.
We also help companies with the acquisition of technology as well. First, most companies in the office technology industry are tied to only being able to provide a few manufacturers’ technology. Instead of just pushing a few manufacturers’ products, we know that many of the companies we work with need a total solution that may involve technology from multiple manufacturers or at least the options of what different manufacturers have to offer. This also creates a great value for our customers because they can compare many different solutions from just a single company.
Second, we have the capability to provide national service and support for our customers. Most technology companies are only able to provide service and support to a small geographic region. Using our industry experience and expertise with this consultative approach to providing a valued service is what makes us unique. Third, we take a look at all processes that involve paper and messaging within an organization. This ranges all the way from any piece of paper that has print on it to all mailing solutions.
In regards to technology, there are many costs in the office just using the technology to operate their business. The largest un-audited office expense is printer toner and consumables in many cases. There are really two methods companies utilize to satisfy this need: One is they will purchase the toner and consumables themselves and service the technology internally, the second is a company will have a service contract with a company to handle both the service and consumables. The benefit that we have to offer that most companies don’t is that we can provide either method. We are a national wholesaler for printer toner and consumables. However, we also have an outstanding national service platform to provide both the service and toner under an agreement.
In addition to the main areas of focus, some companies we work with have some needs that are specialized for just their company. This may consist of outsourcing certain print/copy production due to expense of the technology and manpower to make this function internal. The other need is some larger companies have contracted with companies to have a team operate a print production facility on-site. We also have the capabilities that companies look for in these areas. We have the capability to perform outsourced print/copy functions for the companies that need to have this service. We also can provide contracted on-site production teams to operate functions of the print facility.
