Smart Sort literally talks to your mail center operator to help them direct incoming mail! Wearing a wireless headset, the operator reads aloud the name of the addressee. Smart Sort searches its database and instantly displays and speaks the correct sorting information.
The software’s friendly look and feel includes easy-to-use tab-style navigation, user definable fonts with auto scaling and an adjustable computer voice.
- An optional touch screen interface allows users to navigate faster with no mouse required, and the wireless headset can operate up to 200 feet away from the base unit
- Smart Sort handles company databases of up to 100,000 names and can automatically import your existing employee database on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
- Flexible sorting methods allow you to create your own system and process mail regardless of how it’s addressed. There’s no limitations – sort by first name, last name, department, phone, title, etc. Smart Sort also offers two user-definable fields for voice command sorting
- Smart Sort can be trained to accept the way an operator pronounces words, allows for the definition of hard-to-pronounce words and can even recognize nicknames
- A Windows Explorer-like tree makes it easy to view corporate structure and move people or entire departments with just a few mouse clicks
- Smart Sort will automatically produce forwarding labels for employees that have moved or transferred and prints mystery mail labels for mail that must be opened in order to be identified
